I would like to share my experience with Mary Weins and our journey searching for a home in Colorado.
My husband and I decided that we wanted to move to Colorado from the suburbs of Chicago to be with our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren in 2020. We recently had our second grandchild born in June 2020. Since it was during Covid 19, we connected with Mary by phone in Denver to begin our journey. We told her what we were looking for and she sent us listings of areas we might be interested in. Since we couldn’t see the homes, we put 300 miles on our car looking at neighborhoods and areas to see where we might want to move to in the future.
Mary continued with us and our journey. The market in Chicago was not the same as Denver and we went through 4 realtors in Chicago to be able to sell our home. Mary was there to help guide us through the problems we had. She is a great listener and would always try to give us the best professional advice even though we were in Chicago and she was in Denver. When we came to Denver, she gave us her full attention to show us various locations in north Denver and suburban areas. She was always supportive and knew the Denver market well to help us hone in an area we could afford and get the home we wanted.
Our home finally sold in early March of 2023. Her professional expertise helped us with the inspection and closing. Since there were some issues with the inspection, she was at our new future home with the contractors to remediate the issues that were found. She was our eyes and ears here in Colorado as we were still in Illinois.
I can’t say enough of the professional care and guidance that Mary provided to us. Moving 1000 miles away to a new location is very stressful and Mary was always there either by phone or when we were here in Colorado to take care of us.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Since we had dealt with four realtors in Chicago, I wish we could have met someone like Mary in Chicago to sell our home.

Mary Weins is an outstanding Real estate agent. She helped my family find the perfect home. She was an asset in assisting me with all phases of finding my home and is well connected with local mortgage lenders that work well with the VA loan program. Mary is a real go-getter hard-working professional. I highly recommend her. Additionally, I had her sell my home as I was transferred out of state. Everything went so smooth.

After my husband passed in 2021, my children and I decided I needed to sell our home in Cherry Hills and move to our summer home in Santa Barbara. After much discussion, plans were set in place to sell our home. Mary worked for my husband as his bookkeeper for many years, and we all knew that she loved working in real estate as well. So, we didn’t need to look any further than Mary to list our home. We raised 4 children in our home so you can imagine that accumulation of items. Mary helped liquidate a lot of items, donated items to charitable contribution centers, sold a great majority of items, and then finally our home was ready to sell. Mary did a “broker” open which she advised us to do and to bring in more Realtors, which, in turn, would bring in more buyers. However, the last Realtor that came to the broker open, brought in a “cash” buyer for $3,275,000.. Our home sold quick and we owe it all to Mary.

Mary assisted my husband and I with our home purchase. She was wonderful. This was our first home purchase, and we really didn’t know what to expect but she was so thorough in everything she did and communicated and explained everything as we went on. She showed us a lot of homes until we found the perfect one for us. After meeting Mary, it was like we had known her for a long time. She is very warm, caring, friendly, and knows her stuff.
